• Analyze and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Plan and perform solution testing and provide end-user training
• Lead solution deployment, stabilization, and ongoing support
• Conduct compliance audits, reviews, and risk assessments
• Develop compliance programs and interpret data for client recommendations
