Business Continuity Lead

Haleon is a consumer health company with a portfolio of everyday health brands. The Phoenix Business Continuity Lead will govern continuity planning, risk mitigation and readiness for a complex transformation programme.

• Define continuity strategy, governance, standards and reporting
• Conduct business impact assessments and develop continuity plans
• Coordinate recovery scenarios, manual workarounds and fallback procedures
• Lead continuity testing, cutover rehearsals and failover simulations
• Assess deployment readiness and provide evidence-based go/no-go recommendations
• Oversee continuity decisions during deployment and hypercare operations
