About the role
Xflow builds cross-border payments infrastructure to help businesses access global markets and move money internationally. This person will onboard users, troubleshoot issues, support risk and compliance reviews, and coordinate daily operations with bank partners.
What you'll do
- Onboard new users according to service-level agreements and standard procedures
- Troubleshoot external user issues and identify root causes
- Analyze processes and improve operational scale and user experience
- Coordinate daily operations and escalations with bank partners
- Support customer due diligence, sanctions screening and transaction reviews
- Share user insights to improve products and resolve issues
