About the role
State Street provides financial services to institutional investors, helping them manage risk and performance. The AVP will lead process mapping, procedure governance, and recertification across Global Delivery, while managing a BPM and procedure review team.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise process mapping, remediation, and recertification programs using ARIS
- Enforce governance standards for process maps, SOPs, and controlled documents
- Align process documentation with risks, controls, and regulatory expectations
- Manage delivery against annual and multi-year BPM roadmaps
- Lead, coach, and develop the BPM and procedure review team
- Facilitate workshops to drive adoption of BPM standards
