About the role
Dognosis provides cancer screening tests and care support for patients and their families. The Care Coordinator guides patients through testing, answers operational and care-related queries, coordinates services, and escalates clinical concerns.
What you'll do
- Guide families through the test journey from booking to follow-up
- Handle test, anxiety, payment, and timeline queries by phone and video
- Monitor care plans and proactively check in with patients
- Coordinate appointments, diagnostics, insurance navigation, and referrals
- Explain test results in plain language and support patient education
- Maintain electronic health records and escalate medically sensitive questions
