Change manager - LCS

Coface provides trade credit insurance, business information and other services that help companies manage trade risks. The Change Manager will lead change management for LCS transformation projects and support adoption across impacted teams and regions.

• Develop change management strategies and plans for LCS projects
• Integrate change activities into project plans with project teams
• Monitor project costs, benefits, risks and issues
• Provide project data, statistics and KPIs to the COO
• Identify resistance risks and develop mitigation plans
• Lead regional change management activities and communicate outcomes
