About the role
Egis provides engineering, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services for infrastructure and building projects. The Civil CAD Technician will create, review and maintain CAD drawings and models for transportation infrastructure projects.
What you'll do
- Prepare CAD drawings for road, highway and traffic management projects
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications and project requirements
- Model transportation systems and infrastructure components using CAD software
- Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with design standards
- Maintain organized, versioned project files and documentation
- Incorporate design updates with civil engineers and project stakeholders
