About the role
Egis provides engineering, consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services for infrastructure and buildings. This lead will direct civil drainage and land development projects, teams, client relationships, approvals, and construction delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- Direct multidisciplinary teams and review project deliverables
- Manage client relationships, project approvals, budgets, and contracts
- Provide construction-phase leadership and resolve technical issues
- Mentor engineers, technologists, and interns
- Support business development, proposals, and client presentations
