About the role
Zebra Technologies develops smart solutions for organizations and their employees. You will monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, escalate incidents, and help maintain system health and customer SLAs.
What you'll do
- Monitor cloud dashboards and alerts
- Resolve basic issues and escalate urgent or complex incidents
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers on issue resolution
- Track case backlogs against customer SLAs and internal targets
- Document troubleshooting actions in the case management system
- Cover rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call alerts
