IT Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior

Zebra Technologies develops smart solutions for organizations and their employees. This analyst will lead Salesforce quality assurance and build automated tests across Salesforce, web applications, and integrated enterprise systems.

• Define end-to-end test strategies for Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Tosca or Playwright
• Validate APIs and integrations with downstream enterprise systems
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish release quality gates
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessments
• Coach teams on Salesforce QA practices and scalable test design
