About the role

What you'll do
- Prepare quarterly and annual appraisals with certified appraisers
- Review budgets and final financial statements
- Analyze cash flows and client fund portfolios
- Complete quarterly summary reports
- Review and audit Argus Enterprise analyses
- Prepare 10-year cash flow projections from real estate records
