About the role
Groupon connects customers with local experiences and merchants through a local e-commerce marketplace. You will review and improve AI-generated and hand-crafted deal content, resolve escalations, and strengthen content quality processes.
What you'll do
- QA and proofread AI-drafted content before publication
- Create marquee deals and resolve content escalations
- Run language-quality queues and uphold language standards
- Turn recurring defects into policies, SOPs, or AI prompt improvements
