About the role

- Resolve complex merchant escalations and address their root causes
- Review cases across markets and coach the wider team
- Approve sensitive actions such as large refunds and banking changes
- Monitor case backlogs and investigate recurring issues
- Improve policies, processes, and automation based on recurring issues
- Track quality and performance trends for leadership
