Crafto is a platform for sharing and discovering inspirational content in regional languages. This person will onboard creators, monitor their performance and retention, and help them produce culturally relevant content.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard content creators
- Ensure creators follow content guidelines and suit the audience
- Monitor creator performance and retention week over week
- Develop SOPs to motivate and engage creators
- Analyze creator KPIs and provide improvement feedback
