• Drive vendor performance and customer experience metrics
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, and operational targets
• Conduct performance reviews, audits, and operational reviews
• Analyze data and root causes to identify operational gaps
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives with vendors and internal teams
• Identify and escalate business continuity and operational risks
