About the role

FamApp provides UPI and card payments for young people in India. The copywriter will create product, CRM, campaign, social, and advertising copy across Fam's customer-facing channels.

What you'll do

Write in-app copy for onboarding, nudges, errors, banners, and transactional messages
Create push notifications, mailers, and lifecycle CRM communications
Develop social campaigns and performance ad copy
Contribute copy for websites, landing pages, and other brand touchpoints
Script content for social and in-app videos
Test and optimize copy with growth and product teams
