About the role
Fam is a fintech app providing UPI and card payments to young people in India. The People and Culture Manager will shape talent strategy, advise leaders, and build scalable people practices and a high-trust culture.
What you'll do
- Build teams through sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, retention, and workforce planning
- Coach managers on performance, talent decisions, and team effectiveness
