Customer Service Representative + Accounting Assistant

Toradex provides embedded computing solutions to industrial, medical, automotive, and IoT companies. This person will manage customer orders and service while handling invoicing, accounting records, payments, and finance administration.

• Process customer purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices
• Coordinate order, quotation, and delivery queries with customers and Sales
• Process vendor invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims
• Record bank transactions and perform reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and stock counts
• Prepare e-invoices and e-way bills and support import documentation
