The team modernizes analytical data platforms and migrates pricing logic into governed data models. This Data Engineer will reverse-engineer legacy calculations, build and validate dbt models, and document approved changes.

• Analyze pricing definitions, calculations, dependencies, and edge cases
• Reverse-engineer legacy SQL and spreadsheet logic
• Build reusable dbt models in the Silver layer
• Test migrated results against Gold-layer outputs
• Document lineage, assumptions, tests, and downstream consumers
• Retire legacy logic after validation and approval
