About the role
Ample partners with technology brands and serves enterprise and retail customers. The Demonstration Specialist presents audio and video products, drives store sales and supports customer and store operations.
What you'll do
- Demonstrate audio and video products to walk-in customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve store sales targets and provide customer service
- Maintain product displays and manage store inventory
- Coordinate invoicing, payments, deliveries and installations
- Handle customer queries and coordinate vendor activities
