About the role
The HR function partners with business units to support organizational objectives and employee needs. This HR Business Partner will advise managers, resolve employee relations matters, support workforce planning, and guide performance and training programs.
What you'll do
- Advise line managers on HR matters and employee performance
- Analyze workforce trends and develop HR programs and policies
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Guide onboarding, promotions, transfers, and workforce planning
- Identify training needs and monitor training program outcomes
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze results
