About the role

Ultraviolette develops two-wheeler electric vehicles. The engineer will design and validate plastic components, from 3D models and tooling feasibility through testing and supplier coordination.

What you'll do

Create 2D drawings and 3D models for two-wheeler plastic components
Apply manufacturing and assembly principles for injection-moulded parts
Select polymers based on performance and manufacturing requirements
Review analysis results with CAE, validation and prototype teams
Coordinate with toolmakers to resolve mould and tooling issues
Define testing criteria and support physical validation of components
