About the role
Ultraviolette operates COCO stores selling vehicles, accessories and merchandise. The Finance Executive will manage store billing, collections, accounting, reconciliations and finance compliance.
What you'll do
- Collect customer payments and issue receipts
- Account for daily store sales transactions in Odoo
- Bill and invoice vehicles, accessories and merchandise
- Reconcile inventory, cash, bank and payment gateway transactions
- Process customer refunds and maintain RTO and insurance balances
- Prepare finance reports and support audits and month-end closing
