About the role
CommerceIQ builds AI agents for commerce workflows used by major brands. The Finance Director will lead India finance operations, accounting, statutory compliance, banking, payroll, and a small finance team.
What you'll do
- Own accounting, reconciliations, close, and financial reporting
- Manage Indian tax, statutory compliance, and annual filings
- Oversee banking, treasury, payroll, and employee settlements
- Coordinate audits and manage finance system processes
- Lead and develop the India finance team
- Oversee global AP/AR and expense reimbursements
