About the role
Curriculum Associates develops educational programs, including i-Ready, for K–8 students and educators. The Director will lead the IT project portfolio and global project management team, ensuring internal technology initiatives are delivered effectively.
What you'll do
- Oversee planning, staffing, risk mitigation, and delivery across the IT project portfolio
- Lead and develop India- and US-based IT project managers
- Establish project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Coordinate project priorities and success metrics with IT leaders and business units
- Implement tools and process improvements to improve project execution
- Report project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership
