About the role
MRI Software builds real estate software for property and community operations. The Director will lead AI engineering strategy, platform architecture, and the organization delivering AI capabilities across MRI products.
What you'll do
- Define the AI engineering roadmap and platform architecture
- Lead and scale the AI engineering organization
- Own shared AI platform services and model lifecycle
- Establish AIOps, LLMOps, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Manage AI infrastructure costs and measure unit economics
- Partner with product, data, security, and executive leadership
