About the role
MRI Software develops real estate software that supports property businesses and communities. This person will administer production applications and Windows and SQL Server environments, deploy releases, and resolve incidents.
What you'll do
- Administer and support business-critical production applications
- Deploy releases and complete post-deployment validation
- Troubleshoot SQL Server, IIS, Windows, and application issues
- Manage Windows Server services, certificates, DNS, and Active Directory
- Resolve production incidents within SLA
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, and operational documentation
