Arctic Wolf provides cybersecurity technology and services to help organizations manage security risks. The Director of Product Operations will establish product lifecycle processes, tools, planning, reporting, and cross-functional practices across product teams.

• Develop and refine operational strategies, processes, and systems
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve alignment and delivery
• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Partner with product, engineering, and program management to streamline workflows
• Own annual operating planning and quarterly business review processes
• Drive adoption and governance of product management tools and standards
