About the role
Amtech provides ERP and MES software for packaging, printing, and manufacturing operations. The Documentation Specialist will create and maintain customer-facing product content, establish documentation standards, and measure its effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Write and maintain customer-facing guides, help content, and release notes
- Set documentation style, terminology, templates, and information architecture
- Partner with product and engineering teams to validate content for releases
- Audit documentation and prioritize updates using analytics and customer feedback
- Document manufacturing workflows and AI-enabled product capabilities
