About the role
Amtech provides enterprise software for manufacturing and supply chain operations and is moving its products to AWS-hosted SaaS. You will own production reliability, build automation and observability frameworks, and lead incident response across significant service domains.
What you'll do
- Design monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks
- Define SLOs and error budgets for owned service domains
- Build reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD delivery patterns
- Operate AWS containerized and serverless workloads
- Lead complex incident response and root cause analysis
- Mentor SRE engineers and improve reliability practices
