IT Support Engineer III

Amtech provides enterprise software for packaging, printing, and manufacturing businesses. You will support Bengaluru office technology and operate and improve endpoint, identity, network, and infrastructure services.

• Provide in-person IT support for the Bengaluru office
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, and global team handoffs
• Administer endpoint deployments and device lifecycle processes
• Operate and improve identity, network, and hybrid infrastructure services
• Maintain infrastructure monitoring and execute upgrades and migrations
• Develop automation, runbooks, and corrective actions to improve reliability
