About the role
Johnson Controls provides building systems, energy efficiency, and lifecycle services for customers across multiple industries. The EHS Officer will oversee safety compliance, inspections, risk assessments, training, and incident response at IBMS project sites in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Implement EHS policies and safety standards at project sites
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Prepare job safety analyses, method statements, and risk documents
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain EHS records, permits, and compliance documentation
