About the role
Johnson Controls strengthens security visibility across cloud and enterprise environments through security logging and SIEM capabilities. You will engineer security data pipelines, tune detections, integrate workflows, and troubleshoot security telemetry and tooling.
What you'll do
- Configure SIEM log sources, parsers, correlation rules, dashboards, and alerts
- Ingest and normalize security events across cloud, endpoint, network, identity, and application sources
- Tune detections to reduce noise and improve signal quality
- Integrate security alerts and workflows with ticketing tools
- Investigate security events with threat detection, incident response, and platform teams
- Monitor tool health and troubleshoot ingestion, visibility, and alerting issues
