About the role
Altera Semiconductor Technology develops semiconductor products. This director will govern cybersecurity risk, manage third-party assessments and audits, and lead the offshore security site and Southeast Asia cybersecurity efforts.
What you'll do
- Own the security policy framework, risk register and exception process
- Produce cyber risk reporting for executives and the board
- Run vendor risk assessments and monitor findings
- Lead SOX, ISO and customer security audits
- Prepare AI governance and EU AI Act compliance
- Run the offshore security site and serve as Southeast Asia cybersecurity contact
