About the role

What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve recurring application, integration, data, and reporting issues
- Analyze logs, transactions, APIs, middleware events, and data to find root causes
- Improve monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support documentation
- Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and logistics operations to maintain platform stability
- Validate deployments and monitor changes after implementation
