About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is an apparel company with an SAP Order-to-Cash team supporting business operations. You will support SAP OTC activities, investigate system and data issues, and help improve processes and test system changes.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day SAP OTC activities and production issues
- Investigate pricing, sales order, billing, and customer master data issues
- Analyze data in SAP and Excel and prepare reports
- Document business processes, requirements, and solutions
- Support process improvements, data validation, and system testing
