About the role

Newspace Research & Technologies develops aerospace technologies. The structural engineer will analyze aircraft components, evaluate dynamic loads and materials, and recommend design changes based on simulations and tests.

What you'll do

Create finite element models for component and assembly structural analysis
Select structural materials for strength, weight and safety requirements
Design test procedures and instrumentation to validate analytical models
Lead aeroelastic and fatigue simulations under dynamic loads
Plan flight test instrumentation and analyze loads and flutter data
Prepare reports summarizing project analysis results
