About the role

NewSpace Research & Technologies develops autonomous aerospace and defence systems, including uncrewed platforms. The Talent Acquisition Lead will recruit for technical and corporate functions, build talent pipelines, and track hiring performance.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units
Source, assess, engage and close candidates for specialist roles
Build talent pipelines and market intelligence for critical skill areas
Manage offers and candidate negotiations to improve joining conversion
Monitor recruitment metrics, ATS data and reporting
Improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
