About the role

Newspace Research & Technologies develops aerospace and space-system structures. The technician will fabricate, assemble and inspect composite components while following engineering specifications and manufacturing quality controls.

What you'll do

Perform composite layup, vacuum bagging and cure setup
Prepare molds, release agents, core materials and plies
Operate autoclaves, ovens and precision fabrication equipment
Bond, drill and fasten composite structures and metallic fittings
Inspect composite parts and support non-destructive testing preparation
Maintain manufacturing routers, materials tracking and quality logs
