About the role
Newspace Research & Technologies operates a manufacturing plant with blue-collar and white-collar personnel. The HR Generalist will manage shop-floor employee matters, attendance, grievances, engagement interventions and compliance support.
What you'll do
- Track attendance, shift rosters and leave across plant personnel
- Resolve first-level employee grievances and shop-floor conflicts
- Support disciplinary inquiries and enforce plant policies
- Conduct floor pulse checks, shift briefings and engagement activities
- Prepare compliance documentation and audit statutory records
