About the role
NETGEAR develops networking products for connectivity and business use. This engineer will design network topologies, configure and troubleshoot protocols and services, and validate performance across network infrastructures.
What you'll do
- Design and configure network topologies for customer use cases
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing
- Implement multicast protocols and IP services
- Monitor networks using SNMP, CLI and vendor interfaces
- Prepare network diagrams and documentation
- Engage customers to understand network topologies and requirements
