About the role
CERATIZIT India manufactures and sells precision tools for automotive, aerospace, electronics and engineering industries. You will plan production and optimize manufacturing processes for solid carbide, indexable and special-purpose cutting tools.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute production activities to meet targets
- Monitor and optimize CNC grinding and related manufacturing processes
- Improve machine utilization, cycle times, productivity and equipment effectiveness
- Coordinate production flow with design, quality, maintenance and supply chain teams
- Validate manufacturing processes and establish production standards for new products
- Ensure facility compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
