Engineer, Storage and Data Protection

AHEAD provides managed services infrastructure support for customer environments, including HPC and AI workloads. This engineer maintains storage systems, optimizes performance, and resolves complex storage and infrastructure issues.

• Provide Tier 3 incident, problem, and change management support
• Administer parallel and distributed filesystems
• Optimize storage performance for AI training and inference
• Automate storage provisioning, monitoring, alerting, and lifecycle operations
• Troubleshoot storage, Linux, network, and I/O bottlenecks
• Support data movement, replication, caching, tiering, and archiving workflows
