About the role
AHEAD combines cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery to support enterprise digital transformation. The analyst manages assurance reporting and follow-up, investigates project health data, and recommends process improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage EWA updates and validate assurance data
- Produce recurring and ad hoc client assurance reports
- Lead survey and CSAT follow-up and action tracking
- Investigate project health discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor survey compliance and improve assurance workflows
- Support reporting tools, governance updates, and automation
