About the role
Arctic Wolf provides security operations and threat intelligence to help organizations manage cyber risk. The Engineering Manager will lead teams responsible for reliability, quality assurance, lab infrastructure, and releases for its network security sensor platform.
What you'll do
- Lead SRE, QA, lab infrastructure, and release rollout teams
- Own release criteria and rollout decisions for sensor updates
- Drive fleet reliability across AWS infrastructure
- Oversee physical labs and virtualized test fleets
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks
- Build runbooks, dashboards, and on-call processes
