About the role
CheQ provides a consumer credit experience covering payments, dashboards, and related services. The Frontend Engineering Manager will lead frontend engineers and oversee the architecture, security, performance, and delivery of CheQ's web experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead, grow, and recruit a team of frontend engineers
- Own frontend delivery, timelines, and team accountability
- Set architecture and design direction across the React ecosystem
- Establish standards for testing, accessibility, performance, and code reviews
- Oversee frontend security reviews and vulnerability prevention
- Represent frontend engineering in cross-functional planning
