About the role

MKS Atotech Global Services delivers mechanical engineering for complex engineered products, including sustaining, design, prototyping, and manufacturing support. The manager will lead technical execution, delivery, quality, and development of a mechanical engineering team.

What you'll do

Lead mechanical execution across design, prototyping, qualification, and manufacturing support
Set team priorities, resources, commitments, risks, and delivery plans
Drive design reviews, CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering change discipline
Guide prototype development, supplier engagement, build evaluation, and design iteration
Partner with validation, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams on qualification and industrialization
Coach engineers and technical leads while building team capability and ownership
