About the role
MKS Instruments develops semiconductor equipment and other complex products. The manager will lead firmware delivery, technical execution, quality practices, and the development of engineering talent.
What you'll do
- Lead firmware delivery across sustaining work, enhancements, qualification, and product development
- Set team priorities, resources, commitments, and delivery plans
- Guide architecture, design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and technical decisions
- Improve requirements, verification, release, and defect-prevention practices
- Expand CI/CD, automated testing, and regression automation
- Coach engineers and develop technical leads
