Document Control Specialist

MKS Instruments provides semiconductor and engineering manufacturing products and services. This person will control engineering documents, process change orders, maintain ERP item data and report on document-control processes.

• Maintain controlled engineering documents and process document changes
• Process Engineering Change Orders in the Agile PLM system
• Update item attributes and data in Oracle ERP
• Generate document-control reports and identify process improvements
• Coordinate document-control activities with Engineering, Quality and Operations
