About the role
ClinChoice’s international teams use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP operations and administration. This manager will lead ERP support, projects, training, and process improvement across international teams.
What you'll do
- Lead the international ERP administration team and oversee user support
- Diagnose ERP issues and recommend system improvements
- Manage requirements, change requests, budgets, and project delivery
- Oversee timesheet processes, user permissions, and system procedures
- Deliver ERP training and lead process standardization and automation
